So Apparently it’s been 3 years since I posted anything!? What the what?! How did that even happen? I actually do know the answer to that: kids, jobs, dog, life. But it’s hard to believe it’s been that long. Now that I have a little very precious time, I’m excited to be back and writing again. I have also discovered/learned how to use Instagram! Exciting, right? You can follow me at LZB15foryou. I do also have a personal Instagram account, but this newer one is specifically for Home Without Stress. The goal is to provide my clients and readers with resources, specifically things that reduce and help us manage stress. You’ll find posts about food, cooking, vacation escapes and local gems. The name: 15 for You came out of a brainstorm (credit to Dan Barcan) about how parents could pamper themselves and get a little luxury, even in 15 minutes. I thought of The Pampered Parent, but D said that men would not engage in anything called “pampering”. So we decided to use both. What do you think? Is “pampered” a female-only word? I think we’ve made some progress on this, but I do think that men need to get more into SELF-care.
