Food is a very important part of everyone’s life (at least everyone I know). Though most people I know love to eat, many people often feel stressed about planning, shopping and preparing meals, while fitting in work and caring for children. Add to that picky eaters, food allergies, trying to eat “healthy” food and dealing with clean up.
Even those of us who love to cook sometimes get stuck in a rut or feel daunted by putting food on the table. As one of my favorite chef authors writes:
Food is what I love, and how I communicate love, and how I calm myself. But sometimes, without my knowing why, it is drained of all that. Then cooking becomes just another one of hunger’s jagged edges. So I have ways to take hold of this thing and wrest it from the claws of resentment, and settle it back among things that are mine.

Here is where I come in!
I help people create a plan and access resources so that they can cook and eat the way they want. Many people I work with have kids, while others are cooking only for themselves or a partner. They work full-time or part-time or stay home. Some are experienced cooks while others are beginners. All of them want help and support to improve their relationship with cooking.
Whatever your goals are – or maybe you need help even figuring out what they are – I will be by your side. I will share my ideas and expertise. I will hold you accountable for the things you say you want to accomplish. Whether we work one-on-one or in a workshop, I will help you transform this very important part of your life.
