I became a coach because I have a passion for helping people substantially improve their lives. I know how stressful everyday life can be!
I have two young kids, a house that isn’t perfect, and several jobs. I know there are always loose ends somewhere and that the key is in figuring out the priorities that make life good for you. For me, that means making sure my family is eating something healthy every day, spending time with people important to me, and coaching.
We all benefit from a combination of support and a gentle, but firm, push that makes us stick to our plan. This is where I come in. After a few weeks of work with me, you’ll see yourself moving closer to the life you envision.
In my career I have helped people reduce stress in many parts of their lives – cooking, parenting, school choices and challenges, career changes, and personal transitions.I will help you hone in on the set of choices that define your values and help you move purposely toward the life you want.
I bring my experience teaching middle and high school students and coaching their parents. I have also coached teachers, consulted to schools, and helped parents interact with teachers or school administration to support their kids. I’ve worked with children of all ages and also love working with young adults and “new grownups” (ages 22+). I have both worked and been a stay-at-home-mom and understand the challenges and benefits of each. I love to cook, but also go through times of having no idea what to make or little energy to figure it out and make it happen.
My commitment to you is to help you refine your goals, develop effective strategies for reaching them and support you in creating a life with less stress and more joy.
